What are your strengths?
Today’s exercise is to list your strengths. Strengths are things that are theoretically within your control. You either have money in the bank, or you don’t. (If you don’t, that could be a weakness, which we’ll get to in the next blog entry.)
If you’ve been in business for a while, focus primarily on your business’s strengths. If you are just getting started in business, focus on your relevant, key personal strengths, which you will bring to the business. (If you are still struggling, get out an old resume and look at some of your experiences and strengths to get the ball rolling.)
Don't be shy -- you've got tons of strengths.
